Announcement

Dear friends,

We are Mexico bound!

We feel led by God to minister to the lives of hurting children at Ministerios Pan de Vida (Bread of Life Ministry).

Often referred to as an orphanage, Pan de Vida is a welcoming home for around 80 children and youth who were the victims of malnourishment, abandonment or abuse. Through the means of donations and generous giving, Pan de Vida provides food, clothing, shelter, education and leisure activities. It is located on a 7.5 acre campus on the outskirts of Queretaro.

Our goal is to demonstrate to the children that their Heavenly Father loves them unconditionally and that they are made new in Jesus Christ. John 3:16, 2 Corinthians 5:17.

We are in the process of getting ready to go. We are looking to leave this summer, but no definite date set yet. Upon arrival, we plan to serve at Pan de Vida for at least 2 years.

Bryan is eager to apply his experience in both teaching and his volunteer work with children and youth. He will teach English at the on-site school. He also desires to teach other subjects, mentor the boys and help with the on-site church services and youth group.

Brenda will continue homeschooling Ariadne (8), Alex (5) and Brianna (3). Also, she will part-time serve at Pan de Vida in different areas, such as, cooking, homework help, church services and youth group.

Ariadne, Alex and Brianna are excited to hang out with the kids at Pan de Vida. Also,  they can’t wait to visit with their relatives in Mexico. Currently their Aunt Ginger, Uncle Enrique and grandma Lupita help at the same children´s home.

Due to the volunteer nature of the work, we are asking for you to partner with us financially to make an eternal impact. Please be willing to consider giving a one-time donation or monthly contribution. Unless otherwise dictated to us, we will not access the funds until our time starts at Pan de Vida.
