June update

Many things have occurred since the last posting.  We will discuss them  soon.  At this time;  however, we just wanted to highlight a few things and inform everyone of our upcoming plans.

 Highlights

·         We have been accepted by Commission to Every Nation (CTEN) a servant organization that provides administrative support and pastoral care for missionaries. They accept online financial contributions and provide tax receipts. See our profile at https://cten.org/missionary/bryanottoson/

·         We had our family portraits taken by Leah Rachel Photography. She did an amazing job! Her site is http://www.leahrachel.com/. One of the photos she took of us is being used as our profile picture on the CTEN website.

Grateful!

We are grateful for all the blessings and support we have received. First to God for all that He has allowed to happen. And then to those who have helped us in some way. Thanks!

Please consider giving financially

Thanks to everyone who has given financially. We still need people to partner with us to meet our monthly living expenses. Even though our proposed budget hasn’t been reached yet, we are not discouraged. We are pressing on and trusting in God.

Tentative calendar

June 10. Depart by car from Lincoln, Nebraska, arrive in Oklahoma City

June 11. Depart from Oklahoma City, arrive in Boerne, TX

June 13-15. Attend the CTEN orientation in Kerrville, TX

June 16. Depart Kerrville, arrive in Laredo, TX

June 17. Cross the border at Laredo and drive around 580 miles to the city of Querétaro.

July 14-17. Bryan will be helping at youth camp for the high school kids.
