Super bowl 2019

My family and I invited some of the boys to our house to watch the Super Bowl on TV. 

We watched the game on a local channel. We don't have cable or satellite TV. Sometimes the signal isn't good, but I'm thankful to God that for the the most part we had a good reception that night. 

Alex has a growing interest in football

Everyone had a good time watching football and eating snacks. It was an opportunity for the boys to be able to spend some time outside of the children's home. Also, it allowed us to build connections with the boys.

One of the boys, Osiel, repeatedly thanked me for inviting him to my house. Even though he didn't know anything about football, he was very grateful that he had been chosen to come. Osiel told me that this was the first time he was invited to someone's house for a party.
