Travel funding update

Greetings

Thank you to everyone who was contributed so far to our travel fund. The support, especially in a short amount of time, is such an encouragement to us.

Currently, we are at 71% of our goal of $1,659 (American dollars).

If you haven't given to our travel fund, please consider helping us to cover the remaining $471 that is needed for our trip.

We plan to leave for Texas on April 11.

In addition to reaching 100% of our travel funding goal, please pray for the following.

• Safety and protection on the roads, especially in Mexico.
• many sections of the Mexican highways are in poor shape
• threats of violence and theft by cartels and gangs.
• Border crossing. 
• A major increase in the number of people wanting to enter the United States has strained border security resources
•  very long lines (up to 4 hours!) and threats of closure. 
• Place to stay. 
• We are not sure where we will be staying when we first arrive in Texas. 
• The house, where we normally stay at after crossing the border, had a major water leak causing the house to be flooded and the water to be turned off.  
• Processing of passports and permits
• Opportunities to talk about our ministry
• Health. 
• The last time we went to Texas, all of us got sick.
