James fall

James fell off the bed shortly after I changed his diaper. 

I took my eyes off him for no more than 5 seconds. He landed on his right shoulder. 

I was shocked! It happened so fast.  I don't understand how he did it. 

This is the first time any of my kids as babies fell under my supervision.  

The day after James' fall

This happened prior to starting the school day at Pan de Vida. I stayed home all day to make sure James was alright. I am glad that Tyler, a volunteer from Canada, was able to substitute for me. 

It took a couple of days for James to recover. We are grateful to God that he suffered no major injuries nor broken bones.

My famlly and I now keep a viligant watch of James, especially since he has become more mobile.
