Passport Update for Bryan
I got my new American passport last month. It took almost 2 months and that was at the expedited rate.
I had to go back to the United States to get a new passport. Regular passport services were shut down at the U.S. embassy in Mexico City due to Covid.
While I was waiting in Nebraska for my new passport, I was able to talk about our ministry at a local church, my home church, a Bible study, a youth group and with supporters. Also, it was a blessing to reconnect with friends, my parents and supporters.

I prepared lesson plans for the subsititute English teachers. Also, I worked on the schedule for the Sunday school teachers at the Pan de Vida (Bread of Life) orphanage.
I am now in Mexico.
There weren’t any issues with flying back. Upon returning, I was glad to see my wife and kids again. However, it took a while for James to get used to seeing me again.
James started crawling and standing when I was gone
Also, my students were glad to see me again.

Tyler, a volunteer from Canada, did a good job of subbing for me. Also, Scott, a fellow missionary in Queretaro, started helping me with a few of my classes. Tyler’s cousin Ruth came to help teach.

I am teaching again at the Pan de Vida. Ruth has been helping me in the classroom. I will be teaching again at Esperanza para Ti (Hope for you) orphanage soon.
